Nic Venter has worked as a mental and performance coach for 5 years. Over the years he has continued to develop as a professional in order to offer the most holistic solutions possible. He has a bachelors degree in Sport Science after which he moved his focus to psychology and mental performance. He received his Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Roehampton in London.

Nic has since included certifications and qualifications in nutrition, mindfulness, breathwork, hypnosis and sport psychology. He specializes in developing emotional intelligence and believes that mental strength is underpinned by high emotional intelligence. His Masters thesis focused on emotional intelligence and performance anxiety and he has since built his professional career around this topic.
