These programs are 4 weeks long and focus on the development of sport-specific mental skills. The program can be completed on-line or in person. Completion of this program will assist you in building fundamental skills in order to regulate and improve on your optimal states of performance.

Holding a Golf Ball

fOR GOLFERS

We have identified the fundamental mental skills that every golfer, regardless of playing level, should implement into their daily training and performance routines. These skills have been identified as critical in enhancing the mindset of the athlete, leading to a process-focused, optimal state of performance.

Our coaching assists the athletes in gaining the necessary tools to increase their performance through entering a a state of flow more consistently.

This program focuses on developing effective thought processes, sound decision-making, in-depth imagery and visualization, and emotional management. Golfers have the option to continue training with our professional mental skills coaches after the course.

Curriculum:

week 1: The Pre-shot Routine (video and content)

week 2: Decision Making (Practical demonstrations)

week 3: Thought Processes (video and content)

week 4: Visualization and Imagery (Practical)

We have identified the fundamental mental skills that every cricketer, regardless of playing level, should implement into their daily training and performance routines. These skills have been identified as critical in enhancing the mindset of the cricketer, leading to a process-focused, optimal state of performance.

Our coaching assists the athletes in gaining the necessary tools to increase their performance through entering a a state of flow more consistently.

This program focuses on developing effective thought processes, focus and concentration, overcoming negative thinking and developing a strong resistance to anxiety. Cricketers have the option to extend their coaching after the program ends.

Curriculum:

week 1: Batting Mind-set (video and content)

week 2: Decision Making (Practical demonstrations)

week 3: Thought Processes (video and content)

week 4: Visualization and Imagery (Practical)
